Drive in Movie Theaters in Orange County New York
Warwick Drive-in Theater, located at 5 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick, NY
Located in the scenic Warwick among the beautiful farms and wineries, The Warwick Drive-In Theater has three screens. That means they hold three shows and six different movies every night. The theater is located next to the Pennings Orchard if you want to combine the movie with a visit to the farm store.
Drive in Movie Theaters in Dutchess County New York
Hyde Park Drive-in Theater, located at 4114 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, NY
The Hyde Park Drive-In Theater is located just across the FDR Estate and Presidential Library. There are many historical sites in Hyde Park, which allow you to make a day trip out of the town.
The drive-in theater has been in business since 1950. They hold one show every night, showing two movies.
Overlook Drive-in Theater, located at 126 Degarmo Road, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603
The Overlook Drive-in movie theater is located in Poughkeepsie, around 15 minutes South of the Hyde Park Drive-in Theater (above). Both theaters are run by the same company, so check both because they never show the same movies. They hold on show every night, showing two movies.
Amenia Drive-in Theater, located at 4957 Route 22, Amenia, NY
The Amenia Drive-in Theater is located at the Northeast corner of Dutchess County. They are open every night, showing 2 movies every night.
This drive-in theater opened in the recent years by the adjacent Four Brothers restaurant. Therefore they have an extensive menu, and they will even deliver the food right to your door! There’s even a playground for the kids.
Drive in Movie Theaters Further Upstate
Hiway Drive-in Theater, located at 10699 State Route 9W, Coxsackie, NY 12051
Located in the Catskills, the Hiway Drive-in Theater is located between Kingston and Albany. They have four screens and show eight movies each night.
Hollywood Drive-in Theater, located at 9270 NY-66, Averill Park, NY 12018
The Hollywood Drive-in Theater is located close to Albany. The theater is open every night, and has been open since 1952.
