Coffee Labs Roasters, Tarrytown, NY

Coffee Labs opened in May of 2003. You can buy fresh roasted beans or delicious coffee drinks at this indie coffee place. It is owned by Mike Love, a retired chef with years of experience in popular restaurants including Maxwell’s Chophouse and Oyster Bar.

You’ll find coffees from around the world, places such as Africa, the Pacific Rim, Central America, South America and Blends (which combine beans). This is a friendly, welcoming place which was named in part for Mike’s Labrador, hence the “Labs” part of the Coffee Labs store name. The coffee shop is also very dog friendly.
