School is out, and summer is in full swing. Looking to things to do in the Hudson Valley, this final weekend in June? Below is a list of some of the festivals:

Things to Do this weekend in Rockland and Westchester County
There are several cultural festivals this weekend in Westchester. On Sunday June 28, you will find the African American Heritage Celebration at Kensico Dam Plaza from noon - 7pm. The Irish Heritage Festival will be held on June 27 from noon to 6 at Ridge Road Park in Hartsdale.
At Rye Playland, they will host the LOCCCON pre-festival event on Saturday, June 27. The Latino Music Festival will be held on Sunday, June 28 from noon - 6pm. Enjoy a fun day of rides and entertainment and live performances.
You will find the second annual Rockland Bergen Music Festival Saturday and Sunday, 11am-7:30pm, at the German Masonic Park at Tappan NY. You will find 40+ music acts during the festival.
For performances in Westchester, Big Apple Circus is performing at the Tarrytown Music Hall. Or catch a Sherlock Holmes mystery, The Adventure of the Dancing Man, at the historic Lyndhurst Mansion.
Visit the St. Ann's Church at Ossining for their annual festival from Tuesday, June 23 through Sunday, June 28. There will be food, rides, and entertainment.
At the Cross County Shopping Center in Yonkers, watch or participate in the Chalk Art Festival. On Saturday, June 27, kids and adults are invited to draw temporary works of art with chalk throughout the center.
Also, don't forget it is Bicycle Sunday on the Bronx River Parkway in Westchester. And it is free fishing weekend in New York State. You can fish for free without a fishing license in any of the state’s 7,500 lakes and ponds and 50,000 miles of rivers and streams during the weekend of June 27-28.
Things to Do This Weekend in Orange and Dutchess County
The Warwick Fireman's Carnival runs from Wednesday June 24 to Saturday June 27, 2015 at the Veteran's Memorial Park, 29 Forester Ave in Warwick. Fireworks will be set off on Saturday, June 27 at 10pm.
In addition to playing at Tarrytown Music Hall, the Big Apple Circus will be performing at Sugarloaf on Friday, June 26 at 7:30pm.
Have you visited the Museum Village in Monroe? It is an open-air historical museum which allows visitors to explore and experience 19th century American life. On this Sunday, it is carriage day, which means you can view antique and replica carriages, with demonstrations or driving, hitching, and more.
It is the Beacon RiverFest on Sunday, June 28th. There will be 15 bands on stages, and great food at the event.
There are several carnivals in Dutchess County this week: The annual Lagrange Knights of Columbus Carnival run from Wednesday to Saturday on Stringham Road, near the town hall. The Saint Joseph's Church at 9 Lafayette Place, Poughkeepsie is holding its Polish Festival from June 26-28.
It is Last Saturday in Newburgh, which also kicks off the Art Along the Hudson season.
