There are some one-floor models, while some have a 2nd floor.

There is a Coach commuter bus with routes that reaches Port Authority and midtown in New York City from Highland Mills. The Woodbury Junction community have easy access to Route 32, Route 17, Route 6, and the NYS Thruway.

Woodbury Junction is around 15 miles from the Stewart International Airport, and around 16 miles from West Point and the Hudson River.

The Monroe-Woodbury High School and the elementary school are within walking distance of the subdivision.
