Mansion Ridge - Mansion Ridge is a luxury townhome and single family home community located on the grounds of the Golf Club at Mansion Ridge, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course, in the Town of Monroe. The homes were built in the early 2000s. The townhomes in Mansion Ridge are approximately 2500-3800 square feet, with 3 or 4 bedrooms. The single family homes range from 3000 square feet to over 5000 square feet, on close to 1 acre sized lots. The Mansion Ridge is a gated and guarded community.

Greens of Woodbury - The Greens of Woodbury is a community of single family homes in Central Valley in the Town of Woodbury. The homes at the Greens of Woodbury were custom homes built in the early 2000s. A new section of homes at Greens of Woodbury were being built around 2015. The community is located next to the Falkirk Country Club.

For quaint towns and farm lands and wineries, the towns of Warwick, Goshen, and Chester offer commutable distances to NYC, with all the charms of downtowns with Main Streets and farm land. The farms and wineries in Orange County are very active, and host many weekend events throughout the year. 

For those who enjoy the outdoors, Orange County offers great views and plenty of outdoor opportunities. Surrounded by mountains, there are plenty of hiking opportunities at Storm King Mountain, Harriman State Park, and Bear Mountain. Great rock climbing and hiking opportunities are at the Catskills, the Gunks are close by. If you enjoy fishing or boating, there are plenty of lakes and creeks, and of course, the Hudson River. 

If you are looking for culture and arts events, the Storm King Art Center is a great place to enjoy interesting art, or just to take a scroll and do a picnic. Art events happen often in the main streets of Warwick, Newburgh, and the arts village of Sugar Loaf. The West Point academy host many concerts and arts events, along with popular football games.

Orange County is located a little over one hour from New York City and Albany, on the West side of the Hudson River. Major roads in the county include the interstate 84, which goes East to West and connects to New England and Pennsylvania, and Interstate 87, which travels North to South. For residents who need to travel to New York City, there are Metro North train lines and extensive Coachline buses that go to New York City, making Orange County a popular commuter area.
