It is a gated 55+ active adult community that has a beautiful waterfront setting along Amity Harbor. It offers a country club setting along the water, just one hour from NYC, and residents can enjoy living there with minimal maintenance.
The development consists of both homes on one level, and also townhouse style homes on two levels.
