• Lake Road Condos has 350 units total, and was built around 1970. There are 1-2 bedroom condos selling for around $160k to the low $200ks. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground. Dogs are not allowed in the development.

There are several townhome developments in Valley Cottage:

• Astri Hills consists of 2-3 bedroom townhouses with garage, and were built in 1987. The location offers views of mountains and NYC skylines. The homes are selling in the upper $300,000s
• Rockridge is a small community of 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouses. Built in 1999, the homes are selling in the mid $300,000s
• Brookridge is a small community of 2-3 bedroom townhouses across the street from Rockridge. The homes were built in 1984.
