Hill and Dale Commute

Carmel is about an hour and 15 minutes North of New York City, 30 minutes North of White Plains, 10 minutes from Connecticut and the City of Danbury. There are access from the town to 84 and 684. Route 6, 22, and 202 are the local road throughout Carmel and towards Westchester. 

The closest train station is the Brewster Metro North station, 10 minutes away. A ride during normal weekday hours is around 80 minutes, and the trains usually run every half hour. There is also the Southeast train station, just one stop North of Brewester station.
