There is no Metro North station in Mahopac. However, the Goldens Bridge and Croton Falls Metro North train stations are around 10 minutes away. 

Travelling in Mahopac is mostly through Route 6, and many local shops, restaurants and schools are located along this local road. To go to other parts of New York and Connecticut, you will take I-84 and the Taconic State Parkway. New York City is around 50-60 miles from Lake Mahopac, and White Plains is around 30 minutes South.
