The homes are also 2-3 bedroom townhouses with a basement and 1-2 car garage, but are generally smaller, ranging from 1300 to 1750 square feet. The homes are adjacent to Rockland Land State Park and Rockland Lake golf course. As of 2019, the monthly HOA is around $300.

The amenities at the development include a tot-lot, playground, and clubhouse. 

Students living at Bridgewater attend schools at the Clarkstown school district.
