The park offers wonderful sports fields and playgrounds, large swimming pools with slides, and a popular mini-golf course. The East side of Bardonia is bordered by the Deforest Lake, a scenic lake where some go fishing. 

Residents can shop just minutes away along on Route 59, where you will find the Palisades Mall, the Shops at Nanuet, all the big box stores and some independent shops.
