Pocantico Hills School District Homes for Sale

The Pocantico Hills School District was founded by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. with a deed of nearly six acres of land to build the school building and create the playground area. In April 1969, another 15 acres was deeded by the Rockefellers for a major building expansion. It was used to expand into the current Middle School, cafeteria, gym, locker rooms, pool and recreation area.

The Pocantico Hills School District does not have a high school. Students from the district can choose to any of the three partner high schools: Briarcliff, Pleasantville, and Tarrytown.
