Located in Southern Westchester, Bronxville is an affluent village located just 15 miles North of midtown Manhattan.
Although it is only 1 sq mile in size, Bronxville offers many amenities for its residents. First of all, there is a charming tree-lined downtown shopping district offering grocery stores, boutiques, an independent bookstore, a movie theater, and restaurants.
Bronxville is home to Sarah Lawrence College and Concordia College, and therefore has some college town vibe to it. The Lawrence Hospital Center is also located in the village.
Bronxville is an active community. In addition to the recreation programs run by the Eastchester town, the village itself also offers summer camps for children and tennis programs.
For a little bit of nature, residents can go visit the scenic Bronx River Reservation. It provides a scenic backdrop and a trail for people looking to bike or walk to other towns in Southern Westchester. For those willing to pay, there are two private clubs: the Siwanoy Country Club for golf and the Bronxville Field Club for tennis and swimming.

Bronxville has easy access to I-87, Saw Mill Parkway, and Sprain Brook Parkway. Driving to New York may be less than 30 minutes depending on traffic, and less than 20 minutes North is White Plains.
The Bronxville School District has an excellent reputations. Housed in the same building, the schools have fantastic facilities and great teachers. Part of Bronxville may be zoned for Mount Vernon, Yonkers, or Tuckahoe School District.
