The Landmark is a condo building in downtown Port Chester in Southern Westchester County, New York. The condo complex offers loft style contemporary living spaces. The building was originally built in 1920 by the Life Savers Candy Company, as its headquarters and manufacturing building. It was converted into 199 condonimium units in 1988. Plenty of amenities are offered in the community, and the building is located only a 45 minute train ride from New York City.

The Landmark is located approximately 30 miles away from midtown Manhattan. The Port Chester Metro North Station is only a few blocks away from the condo building. The train ride to Grand Central Train Station takes around 40 minutes . There are also bus stops just outside the building.

Port Chester has convenient access to interstate 95 and 287. Located adjacent to the Connecticut border, Greenwich is just half a mile away.
