Somers Crossing is a new townhouse development in Somers in Northern Westchester County, New York. The development consists of 66 luxury townhomes homes, with building starting in 2019. The development is designed and constructed by Boniello Development, is conveniently located on Route 100 in Somers.

The townhomes are available in four different models. Some models allow a first floor master suite. There are two- or three-bedroom residences that range from roughly 2,000 square feet to 3,000 square feet, come with two-car garages and full basements, and boast top-of-the-line materials and technology, including engineered flooring systems, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, LED lighting, Energy Star appliances, and geothermal HVAC.

The amenities at the development include a fitness center and clubhouse with a large social-gathering room and outdoor entertainment area. One pet under 40lbs is allowed at the development.

Somers Crossing is conveniently located adjacent to Somers Town Shopping Center, Bailey Park, and Decicco's Market.

Located in Northern Westchester, the community is surrounded by plenty of wooded area along with lakes and reservoirs. The Croton Falls Reservoir is only minutes away for great fishing opportunities. For golf lovers, the Anglebrook Golf Club is nearby. Also close to the community is the Angle Fly Preserve, which offers hiking and cross country skiing.

Shopping is also convenient to Somers Crossing, with the Jefferson Valley Mall about fifteen minutes away, and the Danbury Mall in Connecticut a twenty minute drive.

Commuting from Somers Crossing is easy. New York City is about 45 miles south, and can be accessed by I-684 and the Saw Mill River Parkway, both easily accessible. For residents who prefer public transportation, Metro North stations are available in nearby Purdys, Goldens Bridge, and Croton Falls stations.
