Laurel Ridge is a townhome complex in South Salem, in the Town of Lewisboro in Westchester County, New York. The first phase of 46 townhomes were built around 2013-2015. • The Birch model in the Hillside Collection, starts at $520,000 with real estate taxes at $607 per month, and common charges of $370/month
• The Ridge Collection homes include a basement, in addition to garages. The Chestnut model ranges from 2062-2162 square feet, with a sales price starting at $570,000.
• The Dogwood model is 2272 square feet, with a sales price starting at $625,000
• The Elm model ranges from 2132-2383 square feet, starting at $625,000.

And as of 2017, most of the homes in Phase 1 are sold, and the homes for sale in Phase 2 are being built. The homes in Phase 2 have a completely different layout, and all start with 3+ bedrooms at over 2000 square feet. The sales price of Phase 2 at Laurel Ridge range from $585,000 - $795,000.
