White Plains is a City and the county seat of Westchester. It is also the commercial hub of Westchester County. In addition to being the government center of the county, it is also home to several global corporations and medical facilities.
Surrounded by suburbs, White Plains is the most urban area of Westchester. It has some of the tallest buildings in between New York City and Boston.
