Katonah Hills is close to I-684 and the Saw Mill River Parkway, providing easy access to New York City. Depending on traffic, the commute into Manhattan is about an hour. Metro North's Katonah Station is minutes away. The ride into Grand Central Station is just under an hour.

The Katonah Hills Townhomes provides a beautiful setting for residents. The HOA includes exterior maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, and garbage fees. Amenities include a swimming pool, tennis courts, and playground. As of 2015, the HOA fee is around $435 per month.
