New Rochelle is conveniently located just North of New York City border, and has many public transportation options. There is the New Rochelle Metro North station, and parts of the town are close to the Larchmont Train Station and the Pelham Metro North Station ten minute drive away.

For those who drive, the building is a 30 minute drive North of New York City. There are very easy access to I-95, Route 1, and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
