Stoneleigh Woods is a new condo development of 68 homes, located in Carmel. The development was built around 2013, and some brand new units are still for sale as of 2015. The condos are 2 bedroom 2 bath condos, ranging from 1300-1500 square feet.
Butterfield Condos - There are 49 units at the Residences at Butterfield, and the condos are single level condos in two elevator buildings. The units for sale include one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and two-bedrooms with study/sitting-area layouts. As of 2019 the homes are still being built.
The Villas at Seminary Hill - a new construction condo development in Carmel. The community was being built starting in 2018, and as of 2020 there are still new construction units to be built. The homes at the development are all 2 bedroom 2 bath units at 1100 square feet or larger, with an open layout and plenty of natural light. 50 homes are being planned.

The major roads for commuting in Putnam County are I-84 and the Taconic State Parkway. Putnam County is a little over one hour from New York City. Traveling on the West side of the county is through Route 9, where you can drive along the Hudson River, and cross the Hudson River on the Bear Mountain Bridge or 84 in the Northern part.
Two Metro North train routes are available in Putnam County. The Hudson Line is located on the West side of the County, and has stops at Manitou, Garrison and Cold Spring. The Harlem Line is located in the East side of the County, with stops at Brewster, Southeast, and Patterson. The commute time to Grand Central Station in New York City is around 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
