Scenic View is about an hour north of New York City and 30 minutes north of White Plains. It has very easy access to the Taconic State Parkway. 

For those who prefer public transportation, there are Metro North stations on both the Harlem and Hudson Line close by. The train stations at Katonah, Mount Kisco, and Croton-Harmon are all around 10 miles away. There are also commuter buses that stop close to Scenic View.
